C25k podcasts or playlists?
 

Any recommendations? I'm looking for something with music I actually like to listen to...
Techno is not my fave...

What kind of music do you like to listen to? http://gonicoleyourself.blogspot.com...cast-page.html has pop ones if that's your thing. I'm personally looking for a Rock one, but I've yet to find one.

If you have an ipod touch or iphone, there's an C25K app that you can purchase. It allows you to play your own music in the background. I've been using it put my shin splints and my knees have been acting up, so I've been sticking to incline walking :(
