I definitely fall into this category.. I have wide hips, flat butt... I've done a LOT of butt exercises, but in a pinch, I just fake it with flap pockets on my jeans! Squats, lunges, step workouts, and hiking! I live on a mountain, and so I work my butt walking up my driveway!
