s: 1/4 cup fruit/nut mix (crasins, almonds, walnuts, chocolate espresso beans)
d: second six-inch half of my Subway from lunch; baby carrots
s: green apple

I need to get an iPhone so I can do that too. My iPod touch doesn't work at the gym.....so here are my stats for yesterday:

Glad I am not the only one who posts from their BlackBerry! I am posting from it again this morning while I exercise. Definatly happy I went for the one with the bigger screen and full keyboard lol.

So tonight a friend and I are going for dinner to celebrate! I have pre checked the menu and picked a few different thing... Hope I can stick to my choices.
