So my weight loss has been seriously stalled for about 2 months, but I know why. I haven't been sticking with my plan very well and I am looking to you all for help. Today I considered a pretty good day eating and exercise wise. So here is what I did for today, please give me any suggestions on what I could be doing better.

Breakfast- (140 calories)
1 cup cheerios
1/2 cup soymilk

Snack- (190 calories)
1/2 bottle Odwalla soymilk protein drink

Snack- (220 calories)
Larabar Banana Cookie

Dinner- (335 calories)
1.5 cups Mexican Rice
Grilled green peppers, red peppers & onions
Roasted tofu

Snack- (190 calories)
Ritz Bits peanut butter
Seneca Apple Sauce cup

After Work out Snack- (103 calories)
15 Almonds

Total Calories: 1180
Net Calories: 839

For my workout I did 30 minutes on the precore machine, and then some sit ups... according to TheDailyPlate I burned about 330 calories. And I generally try to stay between 1100 and 1300 calories each day.

I would up your calories, and try and incorporate more fruits and veggies.

it looks like we are around the same height and weight. I aim to have between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and when i stick to this my weight loss is usually pretty steady

I too would up my calories! I lsot less whe nI was at a lower calorie count! it's amazing hwo your body tells you what it needs to go on- I'd go up to 1400-1600 cals a day or you can try calorie cycling- eat 1300 one day 1700 the next and so on as long as at the end of the week your calories average 1500 a day!

When I first started my plan last month I was eating only 1100-1300 cals and I was losing slow like 1-1.5 lbs a week now that I'm eating 1400-1600 cals I'm losing 2-3 lbs a week!

also I began to eat the recommended 4-5 servings of fruit a day and drink 8 glasses of water and this made a HUGE difference! over night actually the first day I had 5 fruits and 8 glasses of water I lost 1.5 lbs the next day!!! seriously!

So I'd add some more fruits and veggies into your diet.. I only saw one serving with the apple sauce cup... not nearly enough.. It also seems like your eating more starchy (carbs) type foods the cheerios, the lara bar, the rice, the ritz bits while they are healthy carbs I'd maybe knock that down to 2-3 type servings a day..
