I am a team player... you know what I mean. I work well by myself, but when it comes to diets, I have no will power at all!!! That is why I found this website. There needs to be a place for people to go to get support from others!! This is wonderful, I can't wait to check the computer and see who else is losing, and who else is struggling. It has been 11 days and 11 lbs... Gosh, why couldn't it be 11 days and 100 lbs???? That would sure be some amazing results. Also, why does it seem to take so much longer to lose the weight, and no time at all to gain it???

The reason that makes most sense to me is that our bodies are preparing for a famine. Back in the day we grew our own natural food, made our own bread and at some periods food was scarce. Nowadays we have processed food with a million preservatives and fat basically injected into it. It seems that our bodies are preparing for that time when food is scarce but it never comes. Most people don't do as much psychical labor as they did, and they don't eat as healthy.
