Count Me In!!! Are we just going to edit our original post every day or should we make a new post to add our new numbers? I'm for editing the original post, that way there aren't tons of repeats. But whatever! I don't count calories yet but maybe now is the time to start!
1/14 - 143.5 Weight ::::: No exercise (bad rachel!) :::: I didn't count calories but I ate pretty good ::::6/8 for glasses of water.
1/15 - 143.5 Weight ::::: 30 minutes HIIT on elliptical, 380 calories burned :::: I ate awesome! :::: only 4/8 for water
So excited to weigh in in the morning. Good night!!
1/16 - 143.5 The scale wouldn't budge!
I ate really well, only too many chips & salsa at dinner :::: Exercise - lifted weights and 5 minutes hard minutes on the cardio!
1/17 - YAY! I was 143 this morning! Ate ok, pretty good for it being the weekend!
1/18 - Boo....143.5 again. Just did some ab work at home
1/19 - still 143.5. I ate really good today and also did a great workout at the gym.
1/20 - 144 this morning
I ate good and lifted weights so I'm surprised it went up.
1/21 -YAY! 143! I ate awesome yesterday, except for some cheez-its after dinner, they sounded so good! Also did 30 minutes on the elliptical, burned 360 calories. It felt awesome!
1/22 - 143 still.....I ate really good and went to the gym, 15 min cardio and weights and abs. I haven't lost too much but I feel totally different! My body looks better I think.
