Well it was my weekly weigh in at work today. I was a little nervous because yesterday was a horrible day of cravings for me. I wanted to snack on anything I looked at. I was pretty good and only stayed to my 7 Nilla Wafers at the snack times. But I still felt like it was a bad day. Anyway when I got to work to weigh in with the skinny wench that weighs us all I found I had lost 5lbs this week!!!! I had worked my butt off and had been trying to hard and it really did pay off. I am 1.2 lbs from being under 200lbs. I haven't been this weight in almost 5 years. I am so excited.
I'm so glad you posted this. I needed to read it today as I've been spinning my wheels a little. I'm also close to the under 200 line but can't quite get myself to kick it in gear long enough to get there. So frustrating. Thanks for inspiring me.
And as a side note- have you tried mini Nilla Wafers? I absolutely adore Nilla wafers, and with the minis you get 20 of them for 140 calories. They've become my new favorite due to the number I get to eat for the same calories
