Girls- we have a little over a month until Valentine's day!
I, for one, want to look really good. So what are we going to do?!!
For me, all of the plans I've made recently are falling apart. So I think it's time to simplify- so my plan is to eat within my calories (1300-1600) and to work out at least 5 days a week, whether it's 30DS or some other DVD or pushing snow or whatever. I am also making it a goal to use positive self talk and to speak to myself in a way that doesn't allow me to procrastinate or take my commitments lightly. For example, instead of saying "I am going to do this" I am changing to "I choose to do this"
So I choose to eat within my calories, I choose to work out 5 days a week-- I am choosing ME, a healthy sexy me for Valentines day!
1. Drink at least 64 ounces of water.
2. Not eat ANY candy or sweets brought in by coworkers at work. (This is the only place I eat it really.)
3. Workout at least 5, but push for 6-7, days a week. And by that I mean Turbo Jam or other videos..I have a ton.
4. Stay around 1300 calories at least 6 days a week. Of course I'd love 7 but I know things happen and going over by a few will not kill me one day. Not that I PLAN on going over but I won't be upset if I get at least 6 days in my range.
Lynsey- I was thinking of doing Turbo Jam today too! I only have disc 1. I love the 45 min. cardio party it is amazing, and I am sore for days afterwards. Love it. I will probably do that as soon as my little girl goes down for her nap!! Looks like you have a great plan, you go girl!
I only gained 2 pounds over Christmas that I have lost already (so I'm back to 207)
My goals are to do my 30DS, start eating healthier (no more Christmas left over candies!!!) I choose to slim down, tone up, and get moving!! sexy V-Day body here I come!!!!
I am definately in, i love having a special day to head towards, i find i stick to plan more!
My goals are
1. lose 5 kilos in 5 weeks.
2. stay away from all cakes/cookies/muffins/chocolate at work (arghh)
3. exercise 4 times a week (especially on weekends though, where i slack off)
4. when ive lost this 5 i will be at a weight where i remember feeling amazing!
I really really want to be slimmer for Valentines as it's our anniversary as well, and it would just mean sooo much to feel my dress a bit looser when we go out to celebrate! I think 6kg is realistic so I'm aiming for that! Good luck to all you girls

Well I have no special reason to look forward to Valentine's Day, but if I've got a challenge to complete for it then that makes it better! I need somewhere to weigh in every week because I find that really motivating and I dropped out of the BL challenge this time around. I gained back a ton of weight over Christmas and New Year's and it's time to do damage control.
I weighed in at 192 yesterday morning... which is back to pre-BL challenge levels. Maybe it was a "heavy" day, here's hoping. lol I'll post my weight next Monday on this thread again.
I would love to shoot for Valentine's Day as my next mini goal! BF and I have a very fancy wedding to go to that night so I'm very excited! I weighed myself today and I was shocked to be at 176 after breakfast when I was just at 181 this weekend (with an empty tummy)! I hope it isn't artificial!
My goals:
Gym 4-6 times a week
80 oz. of water every day
WW meetings every Saturday (I'm pre-paid through V-day so no excuses!)
Stay within WW points, focusing on Filling Foods
168 by Valentines Day!
This thread is so me and my current situation! I started trying to lose weigh (again) at 146 lbs... I am now down to 137. I am going to get some boudoir pics taken for my hubby for Vday. He has never seen me below 130 so it should knock his socks off. This month I need to be *extra* good to get that extra weight off...
