This sounds like a really good workout, I've been hearing everyone talking about it around here... I'm not sure what it really entails, but I'd really like to get it... I just bought it tonight on Amazon.com, it should be here in 3-5 days, which means it will be probably the 7th of January when I start it.

I have a few questions though, for those of you who use it.
I'm very out of shape, will I be able to use it?
What sort of equiptment do I need with it (i.e. handweights?)?
How long does it take to do a workout on it?
Are you supposed to use it everyday?

Hubby picked this up for me and it's still in it's wrapping...

I'm in on the challenge...that's one way to get it opened-LOL

Anyway, here's the info you requested Lalique,

...Each workout is 20 min. you will need hand weights and a mat if exercising on a hard surface...(copied from the back)

(I picked my weights and mat from Walmart...if you go to the camping section you will find a mat that runs alittle longer than the "normal" size for $7 otherwise you pay $19.99 for one that says exercise)

Thank you so much for the info!!
I'm really glad to hear that its only a 20minute workout, I was really dreding if someone say an hour lol...
I dont think I'll need the mat because I have carpit at home, where I will must likely be doing my exercises. But I think I might pick one up anyways, because once I learn the routine maybe I can do a few moves at work (I work night shift, no body around & nothing to do half the time).

Thanks again!

I'm in! I started in December but only lasted 4 days due to being out a lot.

I would recommend having a mat or just a folded up blanket even if you have carpet. I found that doing the push ups straight on the carpet hurt my knees too much. Maybe I just have a really hard floor!

10 days or whenever you feel like you can move on to a harder level

i'm also very out of shape. you will be able to! it will be very very hard in the beginning. just stick with level one, take a few breaks and keep pushing forward. jillian will kick your butt but its amazing that it *really* does get noticeably easier the more you do it.

just handweights. if you dont have them, you can use cans of soup. when i first started it. i didnt have the strength to use hand weights and i just used the weights of my arms for a week or two until i moved onto the weights.

its a 20 minute work out, once a day.

i look forward to doing it with you!!!!

I'm in! I'm in the middle of Level 3 though so mine will be slightly off, but I want to push through it & not start back at Level 1 when I've made it this far! I'll post my measurements tomorrow!
