Biggest Loser Cardio DVD
I have been doing the 30DS by Jillian Michaels for a while now. I'm so bored!
So I tried the BL Cardio and Sculpting. I'm not impressed with the sculpting, it's not near as much as the 30DS.
But I like the cardio, the first day I did level one only. My second day I did Level 1 and 2.
Has anyone tried it? Is anyone currently doing it? I do so much better when I have accountability. Anyone want to join?

hwga - i have cardio and sculpt. i agree it isnt as intense as the shred but i def liked the cardio event though i have only done level 1. bob really works the lower body and that is my biggest issue. if u want i will join you since i do the cardio max in addition to the shred on some days. i can make it more consistent

Heather- I may have to get it because I have been doing the Shred for a month and a half (nothing like your 3+!) but it's so hard for me to stay motivated with it now. I need to mix other things in there, and I do have options but I just don't feel the same satisfaction with my other DVD's. They are still good, and I'll keep doing them, but I'll look for this BL dvd and join in too. It'll probably be after the new year though.

Thanks Car! I appreciate that... It was the first time I saw a pic of myself and saw no big fat rolls!
So I did the cardio video Level `1 and 2. Then I ran for 15 min outside in the cold. I was so proud of myself!

I did Cardio level 1 and I did JM level 2 tonight.
I feel like my stomach is getting bigger, but I think it's staying the same as the rest of me gets smaller.
