I am losings this weight because if I don't I will continue to have the stomach issues that I have been having. Plus I want to be around for a long time and its about sticking time I get healthy!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: My outlook. I HAVE to do this, it's no longer a choice for me. Exercise/good food choices are necessary!! I have tunnel vision this time and a great attitude. I WILL achieve my goals!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I've joined a gym instead of just relying on my personal treadmill. I've also set up a chart that is visible to me that I'm recording my weight on to keep me motivated. I'm going to be counting calories just like i've done in the past.

Anything else you would like to share with us: When I began losing weight/dieting, I started at 189... I got down to 159 and enjoyed my weight but quickley let myself go and got back up to 170. I'm ready to lose this weight!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I haven't ever really tried to lose weight. I always weight 135-140...then I kinda got out of control my last semester of college.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Way too many to count! Probably just the tempation of all those tasty foods out there.

Following any specific plan: Not really just eatting healthier. All the processed foods got thrown away. No frozen meals, no pizza, no chips, deserts, mac & cheese, fries, take out food, stuff like that I used to live off of.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am so much more motivated this time. I don't know what came upon me, but I am just so much more determinded and driven this time. I have learned that it's not so much a diet, but a life style change. I will not stop until I am pleased with how I look.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I was so hesitant to come on here and post anything about a month ago when I found this site. I thought it was really strange that a bunch of people who are pretty much complete strangers where so caring for one another and so supportive. But now I see that there are so many out there going through exactly what I am, and enjoy all the support I can get at any given time, about anything. You all dont even need to know someones name or anything about them, and will still give great advice and support. So thank you. It really has helped me through my journey.

Following any specific plan: I'm following an 1800 cal/day 60g fat/day plan and I am also taking Alli 3 meals a day. For exercise, I am doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Maximum Results Program DVD everyday, level 1 and warm-up.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Before I never knew how to diet. I did diets that cut out necessary nutrients which ultimately lead me to gaining all of the weight right back and then some!

Anything else you would like to share with us: I feel ashamed about my weight, and I've never shared information like this with others, but from browsing this site I finally feel comfortable and I hope that this place will help me on my journey and any rough spots that I may hit.
