Default I am so proud of myself!

Yesterday my husband went to dinner with friends so that left my daughter and I to ourselves. I was going to make a lean cuisine for dinner when I realized we didn't have any...so instead of jumping in the car, I got out our jogging stroller and jogged to the store and back!! I was so proud. This is definitely a step in the right direction! Yay for good choices!!!

That's great! It might not be a huge exercise session in and of itself, but that kind of thing is contagious. You'll find yourself doing it more and more. I'm walking to lunch and back today

Good job lady! I wish there were stores close enough to jog to where I live...I'm kinda in the ghetto, so I barely have the guts to even jog around the block...lol!

Rock on! Remember this feeling so that next time you feel like being lazy - you'll remember how good it feels to push yourself harder

Great job! I truly think that its the little things, like jogging instead of getting in the car, or taking the stairs that make huge differences in the long run!

That is really great, part of this whole journey is finding ways to fit in exercise where we can. You did that in a really inspiring way.
