December has 31 days so you can take 1 day off! I'm going to plan on taking Christmas off.
Sweet! I'm actually on level 2 already I'm not going to start over for the 30 days, but I will just go on from where I am and THEN start over at the end of Level 3. I will probably do level 1 & 2 for fewer than 10 days next time though. I'm excited to see the results by Christmas, this workout rocks huh!
I've ordered the DVD you guys recommended, should be getting it in the next few days, I'll join up then!! I'll have a lot of catching up to do but I'm ready for it! In the mean time I'll try some of my own exercises to try and keep up with you awesome ladies!
i'm in for 30 days! i started 30ds in november. i started on 11/21, but i did not do it the last 3 days (friday, saturday, and sunday). my plan is to start with level 1 and do it for 5-7 days and then move on to level 2. took my measurements today (as i do the 1st of every month). here is where i am starting:
weight: 293
chest: 42
waist: 39 1/2
hips: 55
r arm: 16
l arm: 15 1/2
r thigh: 32 1/2
l thigh: 32
in november i lost 8lbs and 11". i am hoping for more than that this month. we'll see!
We all know when we stick to it we see results, so let's make December a month to remember... that's tacky huh... oh well, I already said it I'm excited to be thinner by Christmas!
I'll post my measurements asap... haven't gotten quite that far yet today!

Do you want to measure each Monday to track our weekly progress? Or just once a week, whatever day works best for you? Or would you rather do it like just now and then at the very end? Let me know!
ooh, i think i wanna do this. i've been trying to do the 30DS at least 3 times a week now for maybe 2 weeks, but it makes me so sore it's ridiculous. i think maybe this will give me the incentive i need to push through the soreness, and i need some of that, mos def. i probably won't be able to post my beginning measurements today, but tomorrow morning i'll have them up for sure.
I would love to join! I am on day 1 level 2 right now, but I will just continue where I am at and then start over after I get through level 3!! I love 30DS and I lost 7 inches during level 1. I would love to lose another 7 during level 2! My current measurements are:
ouch It's totally up to you! But maybe you could just add 2 extra days of level 3 or something for the full 30 days? I am in the middle of level 2 right now but I plan on starting over with level 1 for a few days, moving through the rest of the workout again with more of the moves unmodified and with heavier weights. Do what works for you, regardless this is a good place to check in for December!

aml I have noticed when I do it each day rather than skipping a day here and there, I have more endurance and the soreness goes away. When I take a break the soreness and pain is like maximized. Maybe sticking with it for the 30 days will help you out! GOOD LUCK! We're here for ya, we all know that pain, too!
