Default I lost 3 pounds this week!!
I had amazing self-control & did not weigh myself for one whole week. So, I stepped up today & was 185!!!! I am so dang proud of myself. I worked so hard, and this is just motivation to keep working hard. I seriously think drinking all this water is what did it. I lost 3 pounds & a whole jean size, so I'm pretty pumped. One more pound & I will have lost 20 pounds!!!!!!!!!

That's what I did JessieCat! I started the 5day Challenge last week & decided not to weigh myself. I felt so much better. It was turmoil weighing myself everyday, and I'm so glad I waited. Its more rewarding waiting & seeing a big difference than only a couple ounces at a time.

Thanks for getting excited for me, girls!! I'm pretty pumped. It gives me more motivation to keep going!

I am obsessed with the dog gone scale. I love seeing a drop but it's usually just 1/2 a pound at a time. Maybe I will make a resolution soon to stay off for a week so I can get that RUSH after a week.

Congrats on your loss. That is fantastic. There is nothing better in the world than dropping a jean size too!
