Congrats J Diddy, quiddkidd06, & bakabeth on your weight loss!!!

Sorry ladies, not a good weigh in at weight watchers this past Wednesday, but I know things will go much better this week. I've stayed completely within my daily points and have only used 5 of my extra 35 points. I also have Wednesday off so I will be able to throw in a little bit of extra exercise. I'm excited for our 2 day school week as it will really give me the chance to focus on myself a lot more. I wish I was rich and didn't have to work so I could completely focus on me, and lose the weight. Although, I don't know if I could handle not working as I think I would find life somewhat boring, although I could travel... rambling

My parents and I went to a movie and then out to eat on Saturday. It was a bit of a challenge, but having Mom with me really helped. I was a little frustrated with the waitress when she wouldn't let me get broccoli instead of garlic bread, as a waitress myself I know she could have totally let me do that even if she had to charge me an extra dollar or something. My dad ended up getting broccoli as one of his sides and then gave it to me. Oh yeah, to top things off I asked her to leave the garlic bread off so it wouldn't tempt me, even mentioned weight watchers, and she still brought it out. She even told me I should try it, as it is really good. I felt like throwing it at her!

I was pretty good at work last night, which was exciting. I also have been moving a lot quicker, to try and boost calorie burn. Although I find I get stuff done a lot quicker and get really bored.

I know I have more to write about, but can't think right now. Happy Monday!

Now is 159.

I only lost 1 pound because I was only able to work out a couple days since I think I have the flu coming on . Ive been so sick the past couple days. Hopefully I'll get better so I can get back to the gym.

Hey, I think overall we did a great job for our first week! It sounds like everyone is working as hard as they can and I think it is great that we are all committed to this.

Kim, that waitress sounds so terrible!

Hope you all are having a great day.

Oh! And I lost .4 today. I was at 185.4 last week & weighed in today at 185.0. At least it was a loss, right? Some weeks you lose 3, and some you don't. Hopefully next Monday will be better.

Kim- that waitress sounds horrendous! I worked as a waitress myself for a while, i have no idea what she was thinking! You dont just try to force food down people's throats. Crazy

Results are up in the last page of the main BLC thread. Not a good week...we have ALL got to work really hard this week to lose & to get out of last place. I know Thanksgiving is this week & that is going to be a big factor, but we all have to be psycho ON PLAN the rest of the week. We can do this.

I plan on kicking some serious butt on Thanksgiving as I have a pretty good plan as to how I will tackle my meals. As for this coming weeks weigh in. My official one is tomorrow and I'm excited because I have been doing really well all week. I'm not foreseeing a disappointment, but wish me luck. I may not be able to get to a computer until Thursday or later, so wish me luck!!!

Good morning ladies! I think we all did our best this week and are all trying so who cares if we are in last place. That being said, the scale was down again this morning but my official Weight Watchers weigh in is tomorrow so I don't wanna jinx myself. Ill update tomorrow!
So no worries here about Thanksgiving. I HATE stuffing and am not a pie person so I plan on eating white meat turkey and lots of veggies. Now Christmas that is another story..
So I figured Id ask you ladies, do any of you know anything remotely healthy to eat at the cheesecake factory? By law they do not have to post nutrition info and I have been having a **** of a time finding anything out. Let me know any suggestions..
Hope everyone is having a Happy Tuesday!

Good luck Kim!

Jdiddy, the Thai lettuce wraps there are pretty reasonable, especially if you don't use the crispy noodles. They are also pretty filling! I remember the chicken pot stickers are 5 points, so also not too bad. Those paired with a small salad would be a smart choice. I'm jealous, I miss the cheesecake factory!
