I'll join here, I started the 30 Day Shed on October 28th. So I have wee bit of a head start. Im on Level 1 day 7. Jillian says "If you on day 5, 6 or 7 this should be getting easier...." SHES NUTS. Yes my body doesnt hurt as much anymore after the workout, and I have seen my body shape change in certain places but its still hard! I Love this workout and I cant wait for lvl 2. Does anyone have any of her other dvds? How are they?
I am definitely going to do this! I have already started 10/28/08. Its going really good so far! Did miss one day. But started right back up the next day. It is very challenging and I can't wait to see some great results. I am hoping to lose some weight by December 1st. I am currently doing the Fat Smash diet with the 30 day shred. I will let you know how level one went when I move on to level 2.
Oh crap... I keep forgetting to get a tape measure!!! I will try tonight! I already see some improvements in my legs!! They feel stronger especially when I go up stairs. I can't believe I let myself get so out of shape! I'm really loving 30 DS!!!
Kritter: You are not the only one forgetting to get a tape measure everytime I want to go and buy it something comes up ! But I will definetly get one tomorrow!
How is everyone else doing with the shred ?
Should we weigh in Fridays or Sunday to see results ? Or should we just wait until the month ends ? Any suggestions ?
I want this to last for awhile, so I am going to stretch it out instead of just doing 30 days. I am starting with the modified for each level, then moving to the advanced positions as it gets easier...
11-1: Day 1, Level 1 - modified, taking lots of breaks.
11-2: Too Sore to Work Out!!!
11-3: Day 2, Level 1 - modified, still sore!
11-4: Day 3, Level 1 - modified, taking fewer breaks, still sore.
11-5: Day 4, Level 1 - modified, the cardio is getting easier, still sore.
Weigh-In Wednesday: 130 lbs.
11-6: Day 5, Level 1 - modified, had to quit in the middle because something came up.
OK, I just realized that I have 30 pages worth of papers due in the next 13 days and will be unable to do this challenge this month. Maybe next month...

Reason: Update
Megsicle: It's a video by Jullian Michaels the trainer from the Biggest loser. It's a 3 level workout. All levels are about 20mins long. You start by level 1 and you do it 10 days, after those 10 days you can move up to level 2 for 10 more days and level 3 for the last 10 days of the month. It's pretty challanging but good.
Try it out, it's worth every penny.
