My goal for the last 3 years has been to be in shape enough to run a race.
Yesterday I did it!!!!
I ran the 5K, I got 32 minutes. OH man, I pushed myself much faster then my normal pace so I could get a good time - I'm in so much pain today
lol my leg muscles are just killing me!!! I'll have pictures from the run soon hehe
However, yesterday was homecoming.... and I ate and drank ALL day. I'm really scared to weigh myself this week, I'm so angry with myself that I went over board and just ate food and drank alcohol all day. OH well, I can't change it - so I just need to go extra good this week.
