thats the "burn" effect you are looking for. It tells you what muscles you are working. If you feel it in the wrong places for the excercise you are doing its idicates that you are doing the "move" wrong and working the wrong area. and yes, lunges do it to me every time. and the next day...oy!

Oh boy do I!! I had my first "body sculpting" class the other day and I am still feeling it. My a** and thighs have been talking to me about it all day.
