I am sick with a major cold and it is only day three of the new and improved me. I usually get even more hungry when i am sick, which seems so weird because many people tell me they usually lose weight because they lose their appetite.
I have already drink a tall cup of coffee (tons of hazul nut cream), 2 oranges, lots of grapes, and a whole roll of crackers.
Now this is actually good for me, considering I would usually eat more when I am sick.
Should I be disappointed in what I ate?
Does anyone have any suggestions of what they do when their sick?
