Back On Track
So Im your average yo yo dieter. I usually do an awesome job for like 2 months straight lose 30 lbs look good and then for some reason stop working out and eating right and gain it back plus a little more.
Im ready to be serious and lose it for good, I am starting tommorrow and have stocked my fridge full of yummy healthy food, gotten myself on a realistic gym routine and told all my co-workers to support me.....No more DelTaco temptation.
I feel I am in a better mindset then the last times So here I go, the old fashioned way Diet and excersize.
