ok guys, it's time for me to take some action. The only time in the past month that I stuck on plan and lost a lot of weight (and kept it of too) was when i did an 8 day detox. I lost 4/5 pounds and it actualy has stayed off. So i'm going to do it again starting today. So its porridge, fruit, veggies, and brown rice for me for the next 8 days
It totally works and if i lose another 4 pounds i'll be so happy!
