Arg...
I started with a personal trainer 2 months ago, twice a week for an hour each session. I've also been doing a third day for an hour he set up for me, and running 30-60 minutes 2 other days a week. I'm getting about 16-1800 calories, which my trainer recommended and it's very well balanced. I've started to change composition a bit and I notice more tone, etc but the scale hasn't budged and I haven't really lost any inches. My trainer isn't concerned but I was hoping for some advice as to what more I could do or if I'm just a slow starter and once I start losing it'll come off a little easier? My goal is just to be healthy and I know I'm much healthier then when I started, I feel much better but it'd be nice to be able to see some results in clothing, etc too.
