I'm having a strict week also. 174 is my low weight. Last time I made it to 174 I stalled for a month and gave up. I just could not break through it. This time I'm not going to let that number get the best of me. I'm goning to do 75 minutes of cardio three times this week, eat on plan and drink tons of water. If I see 173 next week it will be the happiest moment of my two year battle of the bulge.
