its pretty crazy we have to be comatose pretty much. And even then it overestimates how much i can lose- apparently if i am bed bound at 80kg i can eat 1650 calories a day and lose 3 pounds a week or something. Haha i wish!

I know! At the rate I am going I should have lost 100 pounds by now!

Oh, if only we could sleep the weight off.... but wait isn't there an over priced, fake, totally not true pill out there that will allow you to lose weight in your sleep and wake up totally refreshed? I want one. Or four.

Damn, my boyfriend is making an english muffin with bacon and cheese at the moment...but I shall resist! I will drink my all natural diet soda and chew gum. Grr.

Iconised -- like you said...."first time in ages". One messed up meal won't kill you!! Just don't beat yourself up, and get back on track. :-)

Like I said before, I haven't had the most stellar few days, either...didn't track my food, which I try to be religious about!! BUT! I'm back in the game today...new start, and not mad at myself about what happened over the weekend!
