Default Dealing with parents

my father in particular has been worried since i passed out....
he thinks it was due to me not eating enough food....
so now every meal time im having him trying to get me to eat more....
or a massive blown argument about what i am eating....
how do you deal with situations like this?....
ive tried to explain i am eating enough....
im not starving, i never feel overly hungry anymore....
but i think three rounds of toast with beans and cheese on is plenty for a meal?!....

He's a father... He's protective, and worried. Deal with it. Be glad he's worried about you especially if you passed out. Maybe you're not getting enough protein, or enough of something. Or maybe not enough meals during the day.. Once a day, or twice a day definitely isn't enough. Your body could be starving, so when you do eat - it's like omg, food. Listen to his worries, don't shut him out....

Did you tell him you passed out cause you stuck a screwdriver in your finger? In all seriousness though, he's probably just worrying like parents do. Try explaining your weight loss plan to him in detail, what you're doing, why it's healthy... eventually it will stick (hopefully! )

If my mother found out I'd passed out, she'd probably move in with me and attach herself to my hip. It's just how parents are. Be glad you have a caring father who looks out for the wellbeing of his little girl.

Is there a reason you passed out aside from malnutritian? If so, explain that reason to him, and if its from extreme pain, demonstrate it for him...lol...I'm just kidding. Parents are your protectors by nature, they cannot turn that switch off no matter how hard they try. Look at it like this, at least he loves you enough to care.
