i'm a huge fan of The Most Decadent Diet Ever! by devin alexander for stuff like this. You really HAVE to try the "Chocolate Not-Only-In-Your-Dreams-Cakes" One piece has 101 calories and 1 gram of fat. Its fabulous. Or if you are doing a tea make a platter of the "Chocolate Chocolate Brownie Cups" 2 brownies are only 109 calories and 1 gram of fat. And she has tons of low fat diet friendly decadent treats. Just google her and you can get some recipes online as well. Have fun!

Diet Coke Cupcakes

1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
8-12 ounces of diet soda (any flavor)

Mix them together, start with 8 ounces of soda, then add more if you need it for cake batter consistency. Bake as directed on box. DO NOT add the other ingredients that the box calls for.

Top with Fat Free Redi Whip.

They should come out to 100-115 cals per cupcake.

I just made Devils Food with Coke Zero last night. Very tasty.

Or this is so delicious and looks fabulous! You can go to Kraft Foods dot com and search for Angel Lush to see a pic.

o yum... i am going to check out these recipes myself! I love the idea of a low-fat "birthday tea." Lots of fun without all the calories and fat that only make us feel like crap later!
