Default First Five Pounds

Anyone else have trouble losing that first few pounds when you're getting started? I've been sticking to my diet and exercising and It feels like its so slow going.

I lost at first pretty quickly but now have been stuck since July 29th no move at all! I know that it still counts and that the scale will move, but it is frustrating to stay OP and not have any results. Keep doing what you are doing, the weight will come off.

I'm (kinda) re starting my diet after I regained all of my weight. First time round the first 5 came off quite quickly, but this time it's taking forever so I totally relate. Just hang in there though, sometimes our bodies just need time

I know what you mean, I get kind of obsessed and psych myself out, it's all I can think about and time goes sooo slow! After the first couple weeks it gets better, hopefully!
