Hey-- I am 5'1, and also trying to lose weight...although probably around 20-30 pounds. Congrats on what you've lost so far....that's a huge accomplishment. How did you do it?
Just a tip that I discoverd this weekend....a lot of the time I "impulse eat" where I'll just randomly go to the kitchen and grab something without even thinking about it. WEll, now whenever I do that, I grab a couple of strawberries...very low cal, lots of fiber so a few fill me up.....any others who have this problem, definitly try this tip! hopefully it will help in my journey.
