I'm new around here so I thought I'd introduce myself a little, hope that's ok. Ive actually lurked around for awhile and finally went ahead and registered. I'm 21 and a junior in college and live in a sorority. Ive been battling my weight probably since I was about 12 or 13 and I recently reached my highest weight of 205 pounds. Unfortunatley because of how short I am I also do not carry the weight well. I remember when I used to be 140 and think I was huuuge and now thats my goal weight since I figure its realistic. I did weight watcher for a little while in high school but I started figuring out how to manipulate it and just kinda gave up. Hopefully my weight lose challenge will go better this time around.
Welcome! It's really tough to stay on track in college, due to the convenient and on-the-go lifestyle, but once you learn your routine and what works for you, you'll do just fine! This is a great resource, as everyone has different advice and is very supportive. You'll definitely lean on it!
