I have had a lot of trouble losing weight. I'm just trying to lose the 5-8 pounds I gained this winter and I kept thinking I was eating well or doing the right amount of exercise but nothing happened. Anyway, I googled calorie counters or journals or something I can't remember and found my-calorie-counter.com . It was worked so well!! I am losing weight really slowly, but at least I'm losing and not gaining!! After I had logged a couple days in it I came across something called daily plate or something like that. It might be better but I didn't want to switch. Anyway, for anyone who can't figure out what they are doing wrong -- this helped me out a lot!
I'm using that as well, just started 2 days ago. I've also looked at Daily Plate but MCC seems to work better, and be much easier to navigate, I think you also have to pay to add custom foods to Daily Plate.
Calorie counting is the only way I've ever lost large amounts of weight, and I only stick to it when I log online. I've used calorieking.com in the past (back when it was cheap) and now I use sparkpeople.com (which is free).
