    L: Sandwich (2 slices reduced calorie bread, chicken luncheon meat, mustard), String Cheese 2%, Baby Carrots
    S: Pear
    D: Pork Chop, Oven Fry, green beans, salad with viniger
    S: Jello Sugar Free Pudding

    Ok so I have like 500 calories left so I need to get some more food in there

    L: steamed greens, tofu, okra, wakame, tomato, mushrooms, papaya, pineapple
    S: 2 oranges, string beans
    D: cabbage, sweet potato, yellow squash, kidney beans

    S-1/2 myoplex lite bar
    L-Spinich Salad with Ham & FF vanilla yogurt
    S-1/2 myoplex lite bar
    D- small pork chop, baked potato w/ ketchup

    S - spicy hot v8 and peaches
    L- smart ones lasagna florentine and peas
    s- apple
    d- tilapia, broccoli, zucchini and squash

    S- v8 and grapefruit
    L- smart ones meal and broccoli
    S- apple
    D- salmon, tilapia and zucchini and squash

    S: 80-calorie orange creamsicle
    D: 2 homemade green chile carnitas, spanish rice

    B- 1/2 grapefruit with a sprinkle of sugar, 1/2 english muffin, low fat plain yogurt, coffee
    S- coffee, low fat chocolate pudding
    L- tuna/polluck mixture on a pita, cut up tomatos
    S- might save half of the pita or will have a few light crackers
    D- protein bar before I go work out and piece of lasagana and fried green pepper/onion/mushrooms/jalapeños after
