yesterday i ate fried fish, (deep fried, on batter(sp?), so this morning i was so sad to go to my weight in, but i've lost 4 pounds!!!
i'm soooooo happy!!

Yeah, I often find that the day after I eat something unhealthy, as long as I didn't eat it in TREMENDOUS (but still significantly large) quantities, that I often lose a bit of weight, even if it is only .2 pounds. xD
