I've been a good girl and working out, although still gaining weight because I just came off antidepressants and I'm convinced it's just withdrawal.
Anyway, I work out every other day and I want to kick it up a notch. I'm graduating this semester and I have one more week until exams are over. I figure it'll help me stay focused and hopefully drop a pound or two.
CAN ANYBODY JOIN ME?! I hate working out "alone" because I feel it's an achievement and I want somebody to share that wonderful feeling with!
