I'm in! I'm going to stick with the same goal at this point... average of 40 minutes a day combined cardio and strength training - so that's 1200 minutes total. I'd like to shoot for more time spent strength training - 3 sessions per week.

April 12 - 20 minutes - weights; castrated 19 horses but I have no idea the 'testicles removed to calories burned' ratio so...weights it is.

April 15 - 50 minutes - 10 elliptical, 20 treadmill HIIT, 20 weights

April 23 - 30 minutes - upper body weights...damn near 4 hours of squats in 90* heat while trimming goat feet. Ugh.

April 26 - 80 minutes - 30 treadmill HIIT, 15 elliptical, 15 stairmaster, 20 weights
April 27 - 30 minutes - walk/run with the dogs
April 28 - 50 minutes - 15 elliptical, 35 treadmill - C25K W7D3
April 29 - 45 minutes - 20 elliptical, 25 treadmill HIIT
