    B: 1 cup cheerios, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana
    S: Salad, 1 servings crutons, red wine vinger
    L: Sandwich (2 slices weight watchers bread, 1 serving low fat ham, mustard), apple
    S: Low Fat Yorgut
    D: Salsa Chicken (4 oz boneless skinless chicken thigh, 1/2 cup black bean, 1/4 cup salsa), French Fries (1 serving baked), 1 cup mixed veggies
    S: 1 reduced sugar cupcake (made with diet pop), 1/2 cup bryers free ice cream

    All that and I'm just at my 1400 calories

    Water 3 liters
  • Sunday:
    ... woke up really late
    B: mango, 2 oranges
    L: salad with string beans and chick peas
    S: celery, string beans
    D: salad with chick peas
  • Sunday - 4/20

    B - none...got up to late
    L - LC Meal, orange
    D - roast, potatoes, carrots, salad
    S - vitatop

    E - hour long walk with dogs

    D - Grilled Chicken breast, green beans, spinach & mushroom salad w/ ranch dressing

    L: WW Flat Melt
    S: String Cheese
    S: Tried a piece of matzo
    D: Stir Fry (Lean beef, mixed veggies, stir fry sauce), Brown Rice
    S: Reduced Sugar Cupcake and 1/2 cup breyers ice cream
    S: String Cheese
  • Monday - 4/21

    B - none forgot it at home
    L - leftover roast/potatoe/carrotts, sf pudding cup
    S - popcorn
    D - taco salad
    S - strawberries

    E - 45 min walk outside if the weather holds up
  • Monday:
    B: oats, orange
    L: celery, apple, watermelon, papaya, pineapple, honeydew
    D: 1 piece sushi, lettuce, okra, onions, diced tomatos, enoki mushrooms banana
    S: black sesame dessert soup

    Tuesday:
    B: oats, orange
    L: lettuce, okra, onions, diced tomatos, enoki mushrooms, apple
    D: carrots, celery, string beans, broad beans, edamame, sweet potato
    S: orange, banana
  • B- cheerios 1 cup and 1% milk 1 cup
    S- citrus fruit cup
    L- salad with egg and tomatoes and a sprinkle of bacon bits
    D baked turkey breast tenderloin, green beans and sweet potato
    S- skinny cow ice cream sandwich

    L: Sandwich (2 Slices WW bread, ham, mustard), String Cheese, Cucumber and Tomato salad
    S: Popcorn
    D: Chicken Chop Suey and 1/2 cup white rice, egg roll
    S: Reduced Sugar Cupcake and 1/2 cup breyer free ice cream
    S: 100 calorie pretzel pack
  • Tuesday - 4/22

    L - stew, ww bread, orange
    S - yogurt, strawberries
    D - taco salad
    S - vitatop

    E - 45 min walk outside
  • Hey lovinlifex2 did you see the carrot cupcake recipe that Hungry Girl sent out today? Looks really yummy! I may make that for Mother's Day. Sooo excited for the book to come out!!
  • Wednesday:

    L: carrott, string beans, celery, edamame, broad beans
    S: sweet potato, fruit
    D: lettuce, cabbage, chickpeas, tomato sauce, diced tomatos, onion, okra, fruit

    exercise: 40 min run
  • Oh cookie...I did see that. Looks very yummy - let me know how they turn out if you get them made before me. I know, I can't wait to see the book either.
