B: 1 cup cheerios, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana S: Salad, 1 servings crutons, red wine vinger L: Sandwich (2 slices weight watchers bread, 1 serving low fat ham, mustard), apple S: Low Fat Yorgut D: Salsa Chicken (4 oz boneless skinless chicken thigh, 1/2 cup black bean, 1/4 cup salsa), French Fries (1 serving baked), 1 cup mixed veggies S: 1 reduced sugar cupcake (made with diet pop), 1/2 cup bryers free ice cream All that and I'm just at my 1400 calories Water 3 liters |

Hey lovinlifex2 did you see the carrot cupcake recipe that Hungry Girl sent out today? Looks really yummy! I may make that for Mother's Day. Sooo excited for the book to come out!!
