Just a little Yay for me
So I got back from the gym and made myself a tuna sandwich...however I was craving crunch...I nosed around a bit and found my boys blue chips. I looked a the package...15 for 130 calories.
So this is what I did. I took 5 and put them inside my sandwich for the crunch that I craved without 130 calories.
So I got the craving fixed with more than 1/2 the calories saved. Go me.
5 years cigarette free!
