Just a little Yay for me
So I got back from the gym and made myself a tuna sandwich...however I was craving crunch...I nosed around a bit and found my boys blue chips. I looked a the package...15 for 130 calories.
So this is what I did. I took 5 and put them inside my sandwich for the crunch that I craved without 130 calories. So I got the craving fixed with more than 1/2 the calories saved. Go me.:carrot: |

Nice job!! I love a little crunch in my sandwich.. especially a tuna sandwich. I used to love-love-LOVE potato chips in there (the full fat kind, of course!) but now I'll add a few of the baked potato chips (which I'm not much of a fan of plain, but love the crunch they add to a yummy tuna sandwich!).
