I just wanted to say thank you to everyone out there...many of you do not know me, I do not post often, but am here everyday, reading, checking in and trying to keep on track.

Reading everyones post has helped me so much over the last few months. Today I hit my first mini goal of 10lbs lost and have lost a total of 13 lbs in the two months since I have started...

The fact that it has been 2 months and I am still going amazes me. I can only contribute that to you as 3FC has really been the only thing that has been different this time. I am a fifth of the way to my ultimate goal and have no intention on stopping. So thank you to everyone for the support you have been giving, even if you didnt know you were.

I just wanted to acknowledge that even if you do not hear from everyone, we are out here, reading, listening and taking heart from those of you who write here most days.

But, no thank you. Posting the fact you have lost weight with the help of 3FC really gives me the heart to keep going and to know that it's possible.
