I love my scale
 

so yes girls i love my scale! :hug: today was my 2nd weigh in i only lost 4lbs this week i couldve done better but i cheated a lil bit because of the fair :o:(
but its a total of 10lbs! meaning i hit my bday goal!!! :carrot::carrot::carrot:
im going to go change my ticker now whippeeee. so im thinking my bday isnt for another 2 weeks im thinking of increasing the goal to either 15 or 20 not sure yet but im happy! and on sunday or mon you guys will get the wedding pictures from 2morrow yay have a happy friday

Congrats on the 10 lbs! And it was not "only" four pounds... It was FOUR WHOLE POUNDS! Yaaahoooooo!!! :woohoo:

Four pounds... I'd kill to lose four pounds in one week. I'm with you polkadotfever - I too am so happy when I see ANY loss.

4 pounds is a HUGE loss!! You really shouldn't try to lose more than that, anyway.. "they" said the recommended is .5-2 pounds on a weekly basis. CONGRATS!!!!!!
