I met my goal this week and worked out three times! My trainer even put me in boxing gloves and I loved it!

I totally know what you mean about food being your addiction. I am the SAME way! It sucks... but it's a good feeling to know that I'm starting to gain control over it. We can do it!!

PINK gloves, what a riot... good stress reliever too.... keep having fun... I wish I had a pool membership too... they are so expensive... local Y's are right up there with the plush gyms... guess i gotta stick with my 2 year contract !!!
