Default soooooooo close!
i am in the midst of TOM, and was worried that i had the dreaded water-weight gain when i went to WI tonight, but to my utter surprise and excitement, i was still down .6!!! i didn't lose my full pound to get to my ten percent goal, but i was happy that i didn't have a major gain!

in other news: i jogged (relatively slowly - 5 mph) an entire mile tonight at the gym, without stopping! boy, i wanted to though! it's been at least two years since i could do that. i was really, really proud!

YEah...for you...if your anything like me...i can gain anywhere from 3 to 5lbs throughout my TOM...and....lose it just after...SOOOO...maybe you did really reach your goal!!! Id be supper duper excited... Good for you!!!
