Default "Newbie" back at it

Hi ladies. I used to semi-frequent the boards, a couple years ago, but life got in the way. Now I'm back up in weight, and finally tired of the extra 20 lbs I have!! Looking forward to meeting you all and getting some extra support!!

I'm 28, married, no kids. I work full-time and also go to grad school "part time" (I work at a uni so I can only take so many credits per year, but I'm pretty darn close to full time in my effort!). I just want to get rid of these last 20 lbs, I've done it once before but school and late-night binging got in the way of me keeping it off. Now I just need to find the time to exercise...I'm one of those people who needs to get my booty moving in order to shed more than 1 lb/month!!

Hi!! and welcome! I am 27 married with no kids. I also work full time and am in grad school part time. It can be hard to find time for everything with such a busy schedule, I have just made my health a priority this semester. Last semester I ate really unhealthy food, worked out sporadically and never drank enough water. I feel so much better now.
