Sudden weight gain!!! Scary...

So, for the last year i've been on a pretty steady weight loss journey and have lost thirty pounds, which i'm proud of.

However, the last month i've just been gaining weight like crazy. I see it in how my clothes fit and the scale! But i'm not doing anything different! I still eat the same amount of calories (around 1,200)

I walk two miles everyday and on top of that i am constantly moving at my job. I drink lots of water too.

What does this mean? Should i see a doctor?

Because I feel like everything Ive worked for is going down the drain...

Anytime you start losing or gaining weight without changing your habits, it is worth a trip to your doctor. If really (truly) nothing has changed, there may be a medical reason for the change.
