I joined a league soccer team recently, and we spend so much time running around during practice and games! I haven't lost much additional weight, but I'm seeing big changes. My stomach is getting really flat, except for a tiny lower belly pooch. My boobs are also getting smaller!

redlight, that's so great!! The thing is, you know if you're seeing results that everyone else is probably seeing them more!! My boobs are getting smaller, too.....much to my HUGE dismay!! (come baaaaaaack boobies!)

When you find an exercise (sports, running, dance, group aerobics....whatever!) it's SO MUCH EASIER to get your butt in gear!!

Sounds amazing, I wish I had a team sport to get involved in. I think it would be easiar and more fun to get my exercise in. Unfortunately, there is nothing like that in my area. I'm just ready for the weather to get warm so I can get outside!
