Greens+ Multi (a greens whole food supplement with multi-vitamin added)
Vitamin C - 1000mg x 2
Magensium Citrate - 500mg (I take high doses for kidney stones)
Vitamin B Complex - 100 mg (this is supposed to help with weight loss)
Omega 3 Fish Oil
Evening Primrose Oil - 2000mg x 2
If you don't mind me asking...what do you take the evening primrose oil for? Do you notice a difference since taking it for whatever purpose you do? I was thinking about adding it to my others. I've heard it was good for women's health in general and for eczema and such skin conditions.
I take a multivitamin a few times a week. Eat pretty healthily so don't feel I really need a lot. If I'm feeling tired or weak I take a small dose of Floradix herb potion, it's got vitamins and iron in it, tastes pretty grim though
