Those with a close eye for detail may have noticed me b*tching/complaining about my bf in recent threads. Despite our occasional stubborn arguments (we both have to be "right" at all times), he really is fantasic and caring. He has been extremely supportive of me since I started Weight Watchers in January. I've always been a little self conscious knowing that most (if not all?) of the girls he's dated in the past have been small. I'd be lying if I said that wasn't at least a tiny motivation for me to lose weight.
Last night he paid me what I thought was such a nice compliment: "I don't care if you lose weight, dear, I just love the new confidence that its giving you." He obviously accepts me "as is", but it's wonderful that he notices the non-physical aspects of my attempt to get healthy and fit. 
That, or he's just REALLY good at sucking up.

My boyfriend also deserves props. When we started dating about 2.5 years ago, I was 30 pounds heavier. I started losing weight a few months after meeting him and he's been nothing but supportive. He's never pushed, never been negative about how I look. He's very positive about my body, and as a consequence, I'm comfortable and positive about it when he's around! 
He's seen my weight loss attempt be a roller coaster--I'm currently 9 pounds heavier than I was in June, on my way back down "for the last time" (for the 100th time) and he's still supportive of me. I sometimes think that people I know think that I'm never going to reach my goals (even though they say I look fantastic now), even if they don't say so. But, this time I'm going to do it...no more wasting time, y'know? 
Anyway, I got off-topic. Huzzah for awesome boyfriends!

I've been with him 5 years in March. He's my highschool sweetheart. He has always loved my body, no matter how large it got. He has known me since Jr. High, so he has seen me grow from a petite 120 pound 9th grader to a 220 pound college student. He just loves ME I guess. I know I'm lucky, but we do have the occasional fight (we also both have to be right LOL) I am always afraid we started off together "too young" but we're happy and love each other, and that's all that matters for now.

when you have the love of your partner (bf, gf, husband, whatever) on your side.... it makes everything (even dieting) that much more amazing (and easy!).
I am glad that things are great for everyone!
I, personally, don't know what I would do without my husband!!!
