Hey there! I'm really hoping to lose that amount by then. What's your plan of attack? I'd love some new ideas for what I could be doing to stay on track =)

I'm going for 20lbs by June 14th...We'll see how that goes. 3 months, that's 6.6lbs a month..RIIIIIGHT. I think I was being overly ambitious with that one. Especially since Feb. is almost over and I've lost practically NOTHING.

I suck at this.

I'm hoping to have lost 13.5 pounds by May 30th (my birthday). I'm 163.5 right now according to the scale (well depending on the scale, my home scale has me at 160 but the 'official scale' at my office has me at 163.5), that will put me at 150, nice round number. *fingers crossed*

Illbehot: LOOK AT YOUR TICKER! you obviously don't suck. plateaus happen to everyone, as do lapses in motivation to work out. don't give up! you've done so great! i wish i was where you are right now!

Thank you so much for that! I needed that, I'm really down in the dumps about weight loss and...sigh...just everything. blah.

Welcome to the boards indianamomoftwo! I got stuck at 159 when I got the weight off the first time...then I slowly let it crawl up to 170 over the next year and a half....I am determined to bust through the 159 curse this time though!

I'd like to lose 25 punds overall, but I'm aiming for 20 pounds by June, assuming that last 5 pounds will be extra tough. But then it will be June and I can enjoy being outside

Hi, thanks for the welcome. I am determined to , to break this 159 mark. I think I am going to have to bump up my cardio a little and see if that helps. Eventually I will get over that hump . Just so hard to not get disappointed when the scale doesnt move for months at a time.

I'llBeHot: You are doing so great! I just looked at your ticker and can't believe you are depressed!!! How have you done it so far? I should be getting pointers from you!!!

So, my goal is to be "thin" but healthy by my birthday - August 28th. I want to take a trip to Boston to catch a game and scoot over to New York to catch a show and I want to like my vacation photos FOR ONCE.

I hope to lose at least 13 more pounds by then. It sounds so doable! Here's to Hope...and that cute dancing carrot!

I weighed in at 157 this morning. 2 Pounds down woohoo. But I always seems to teeter right back to that 159, but going to enjoy it for now )
Monday I am starting back with high intensity interval training, if dr will let me. I swear to you ladies this works. Its how i have lost most of my weight. If you wanna know how I do it just let me know.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

Indiana - So what exactly do you do for your weight loss? I know you said High Intensity Interval Training but what exactly is that? Does it take a lot of time? I am having a hard time exercising because I work full-time and go to school full-time. By the time I am down with homework and things at work, I just want to breathe easy...not pant on a treadmill......
