I eat whole wheat pita bread every day - it has all but replaced any other types of bread (although I did buy a loaf of rye bread this week and have been enjoying that). I love putting pita in my toaster oven topped with reduced-fat feta cheese! Its a crunchy, satisfying, low-cal snack that I enjoy almost every day! I look at a little dinky 100 calorie pack, then look at a whole piece of pita with the yummy melted cheese (which has about 145 cals total), and think "Ummm, yeah. I'd rather have the snack that is three times the size." Oh, and I eat an Egg Beaters Omelete with veggies and fat-free mozzarella almost every other day!!
I am tired of salads though, I'll admit it. I go to the salad bar in the food court and just get veggies, no lettuce!
