yesitsme -- one suggestion about fitday is to use the daily plate to look up the counts on foods, then you can enter them into your fitday page.

Ohhhhhhhhh I just went WAYYYYY off plan and went to a GREAT restaurant with the bf....it was so amazing. I knew I wasn't going to want to deal with trying to find something "healthy" while I was there, so I'm just going to work it off during the week. It was honestly I think the best meal I've ever had (except for my mom's thanksgiving!) -- apple/brie/pecan spring rolls, some of bf's tomato soup, then pumpkin ravioli with roasted walnuts, sage, and brown butter sauce. It was UNBELIEVABLLLLLLLLE. Then we had an eggnog cheesecake with a gingerbread crust.

And...weird thing...I actually feel okay about it. I don't feel guilty, I don't feel overstuffed, and I don't feel like it's going to way way way impact my weight loss. I mean, we NEVER eat out...and this was a belated V-day for us, so it was really special, and we've both been super busy lately so it was great to get some us-time in

Hope everyone has a great start to their week!
